Bound In Boston XI: March 24 & 25, 2012

Using mass transit

For those of you who are planning to use mass transit to get to Bound In Boston:

There's a train that runs from South Station in Boston to a stop that's about two miles from the con hotel. It's the "Franklin" commuter rail line, and it takes about 35 minutes to ride from South Station to the "Norwood Central" stop. From there, it's less than a two mile cab ride to the hotel. (Note that there are TWO train stations in Norwood. The "Norwood Central" stop is the closer of the two.)

Flying into Boston's Logan airport? Take the  Silver Line SL1 bus route INBOUND to South Station, and then the Franklin commuter rail to the Norwood Central stop.

Taking the bus to Boston? You'll almost certainly end up at South Station. From South Station, take the Franklin commuter rail to the Norwood Central stop.

Taking Amtrak? The Amtrak "Route 128 / RTE" station is less than a 7 mile cab ride to/from the hotel.

If you're taking a train that brings you to North Station or Back Bay Station, take the Orange Line to Downtown Crossing, and then switch to the Red Line to South Station. From there, you'll take the Franklin commuter rail to the Norwood Central stop.

If you're taking a train train that brings you to South Station, you'll take the Franklin commuter rail to the Norwood Central stop.

This Bound In Boston website serves members of the bdsm rope bondage kink and fetish communities in the Boston, Massachusetts area. It is particularly of interest to people who are interested in Shibari or Kinbaku. These are the origins of the Japanese-styled rope bondage techniques that we learn about and practice. Very often people in the kink and fetish communities are interested in rope bondage, having heard the terms Shibari and Kinbaku, but are uneducated in their origins and use. While we are not technically teaching the pure rope bondage forms of Shibari or Kinbaku, we base our teachings on those artforms. Our workshops are in the Boston, Massachusetts area. Hemp, jute - different types of rope are used.

There's nothing down here.
